You found AlignSmart

Something in your body does not feel right. Maybe it’s your back, your neck, your hips, or the tightness you feel at the end of the day.

AlignSmart shows you what is out of line and gives you a clear plan to improve it. You upload one photo, we measure it, and then we explain everything we found on a short video call.

AlignSmart was created by practitioners who have helped thousands of people improve posture and reduce pain. The same method now works with just a single photo and a simple online process.

Share your pain, your history, and your goals

We find the misalignments that match what you feel

A predictive score that reflects your posture and strain

You’ll get an exercise routine and two weeks of free access to our app

Why this works

Your body tells a clear story from the back view. We can see how your entire structure stacks and how each joint relates to the next. These patterns reveal the source of pain, tension, and long-term strain.

Our method identifies these patterns quickly and gives you a starting point that makes sense. No guessing. No generic exercises. A clear path based on how your body stands today.

After you receive your predictive AlignScore, your practitioner will help you choose the right level of support. You can move at your own pace and change plans as your body improves.

As your posture improves, you feel the difference. Less tightness. Less daily discomfort. Less pain. You move with more confidence and less effort. You do not have to guess anymore. You have a score, a plan, and support that matches your life.

Questions you may have

Your back view shows the most important alignment patterns. It gives us enough data to create an accurate AlignScore.

Wear fitted clothing so we can see your structure clearly. Ideally women wear a sports bra top and men would be shirtless.

You can use a timer, a stand, or ask a friend. It’s quick either way.

Make sure your feet are hip width apart and slightly pigeon-toed. Make sure the camera is directly behind you at mid-back height so that your body is visible from your head to your feet. Using a plain white wall as a background with good lighting is best. Your photo should look something like this.

Most sessions take about 15 minutes.

The evaluation and consultation are free. It’s entirely up to you if you want to continue.
